Bulk Orders FAQs
How do I place a bulk order?
To place a bulk order, email us at email@example.com or give us a call at (800) 727-8924. Provide the product(s) you are looking to purchase, the quantity, shipping details, and your ideal lead time. We’ll check inventory and get back to you within 24 hours if we can fulfill your order. Please note inventory is always subject to change.
What products can I order in bulk?
Products sold on PartyCity.com can be ordered in bulk and is subject to availability at time of the order.
When can I get my bulk order?
If products are available and your order is placed by 3pm EST, Monday–Friday, it will usually ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm EST, Monday–Friday, will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day. Can you ship my order to multiple locations?
Yes! When you place your order, please provide the shipping addresses you would like your order sent to. Please note bulk orders for helium balloons are only available in areas we have a store location and is subject to that store’s delivery service.
Can I order more than one product in bulk and have my order sent to multiple locations?
Yes, you can bulk order more than one product and send to multiple locations. Please provide the shipping addresses for your bulk order when you contact us.
Can I buy customized products in bulk?
Yes. Keep in mind the lead time is a minimum of 2 weeks!
Do I need a business account to buy bulk?
Yes, you need a business account to buy in bulk from our warehouse.
How do I get a business account?
Please register your email online at www.partycity.com/register and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at (800) 727-8924 and we’ll get you set you up.
